We made it to Guangzhou and it is so much nicer and warmer here. The hotel is kid-friendly. We are tired. But once again it is much better:) It will be wonderful to be able to go outside without being so miserably cold.
Although we followed this same route last year, Beijing and then Guangzhou, we were in Beijing so much longer this time because that was where Ella was living. This time we will be in Guangzhou for barely a week instead of two weeks. Tomorrow we go to the White Cloud Yutoni Gardens. That's where Mia had her breakdown last year. But it should be better this year, maybe we can actually enjoy it. There is so much construction on Shamian Island because of the Asian Games next year. It looked different with all of the construction.
More later - we are exhausted from all of the traveling today!!
