7/28/09 Kevin and Emma drove to Raleigh for state seals
8/4/09 DTC mailed to China
8/12/09 LID: Logged In Dossier
9/30/09 LOA: Letter of Approval
12/1/09 Travel Approval
12/14/09 Leave for Beijing
