We were thrilled to receive our TRAVEL APPROVAL on Tuesday of this week! At first we were told it would be January before we could leave. We pressed to see if we could have an earlier trip... permission was granted and we had to get it in gear. We have applied for our visas, tentatively booked some flights (still waiting for the itinerary), and had a December 29th consulate appointment approved in Guangzhou. It's looking like we will have Ella on December 16th! WE are so excited to put our arms around our fourth daughter!
Christmas?? We will celebrate Christmas as a family - our WHOLE family, not just the five of us but the SIX OF US! We'll just have to open gifts a week or two later!
Needless to say, things are hectic since we are planning to leave on the 14th. Suitcases are out and we are checking our packing lists! Since we just did the trip a year ago, we have learned to pack a little lighter. We are taking Mia with us to welcome her new sister into the family.
